I am sure she will love it. I now just need to track down a 20" wheel Reis Islabike for her 6 year old brother!

Hmmm can't help you there I'm afraid! Always worth trying clubs with big kids and youth contingents for secondhand good quality kids bikes- such as Cycling Club Hackney

Also, Isla bikes are The Shit. Good choice.
One of the kids at my school has grown out of her racing bike and her Dad is looking to sell it- as she's grown so quickly, it's hardly been ridden apart from to and from school a few times and a couple of races at Hog Hill.
Isla bikes are brilliant, brilliant bikes for kids, especially the racers. This one would suit a 6-8 yr old probably, unless they're particularly big or small for their age! The Luath 24 is £400 new. I think £280 would be a fair price for this one, ono?
The bike is in Clapton. If you're interested, you can call the owner (Tomasz) on 07526 518977, or PM me (Tomasz's English isn't so hot).
