  • Anyone know if this is possible??? They have the weird square mobile phone barcode things on them, but I thought maybe if you just switch the numbers so they say the right times, the conductors will be too stupid to realise what's going on and they'll just let you on anyway???

Are you really so stupid as to post this piss-poor criminal enterprise online?

  • You the same dude that posted the skidder video on YouTube, only to be caught by the rozzers?

    Buy a train ticket.

  • Can we have a 'daft crimes commited by muppets' thread for this, and similar threads that have popped up lately?
I think you should do it, then post the outcome.

  • I in no way think you should do it btw....

Also, presumably the conductor has the facility to scan the barcode? At which point instead of getting a telling off for not buying a ticket and 'hoping I could buy one from you sir cos I was running late and didn't have time to stop in the ticket hall etc etc' you'll be done for forgary or similar...

  • Does anyone know what the best printer is for making my own banknotes?

  • I saw this really cool bike, it's been locked up for like 3 hours, I guess that means it's abandoned and I can just take it right?

  • I was thinking De La Rue.

  • I have bought a ticket, it's just that it's now one hour earlier than I now want to travel...

  • Then sit in a cafe and read a book for an hour....

saying faking a train ticket is akin to stealing a bike is like saying downloading an album is the same as robbing it from somebody's house. Which it isn't. Nobody is losing anything. It's just that I am getting something for free. Quite different

  • no, it's one of those ones that have a specific time. I saved four pounds by buying it. Je suis un idiot...

  • saying faking a train ticket is akin to stealing a bike is like saying downloading an album is the same as robbing it from somebody's house.

Well, if you broke into the house there'd be breaking and entering as well to add to your crimes, theft is theft.

  • No, the house was unlocked, and I was invited in

  • Then yes, it's exactly the same crime.
Anyway, we're not here to discuss what other crimes you like to commit and brag about online...
Just take the train you're supposed to take, it's really not worth the hassle surely?

  • rohaaan is hinata?

Guess you don't know any musicians then? Ever wondered how they pay their bills - whilst working at making music for you to have for free.

    You wally.

The train company is losing something. Which then means ticket prices go up, so everyone who buys one is losing out.

  • Well, it turns out what I thought was a two hour exam is a three hour exam, so definitely can't take the train I booked. Ah well, just have to bite the bullet and buy another ticket

On the musician front, it's mainly the record labels that lose out. Musicians get most fo their money from live shows anyway, which are on the increase in number and ticket price, so the musicians are all good as far as i'm concerned

  • Nice one print a fake ticket, everyone pays for it... Op fuck off you cunt.

    Oh wow. Really?

  • I've written 7000 words on the subject if you would like further information
