Is the touring comfort bars that came with the bike polished up flipped upside down and wrapped :)

frame size is 57 seat tube and 57 top tube centre top centre

Nice job, I think it needs a nice 27" silver fixed wheelset though to fill those gapes.

Something like 5'7'', he was looking for a 55 or so, plus the top tube will be too long for him, so never mind. Thanks for measuring it though.
