You'll need a intgrated headset something like this and for forks you loads of different choices most new forks have about 300mm steerer length but if you're buying a second hand fork i'd say you'll need a steerer length of at least 175mm? I'm not too sure but you'll defo need that integral headset with size of 45/45 and forks with size of 1 1/8"

So if I wanted some 700c forks, with the integral (Alpina 45x45) headset, what steerer size would I be looking for? Thanks again!

this link will assist with sizing > http://www.canecreek.com/manuals/Headset%20Tech%20Specs%20Rev%20E.pdf
I am lost...
I have a frame (a noob mistake, buying a frame without a headset and forks...) and I have no idea what headset and fork sizes I would be all right to get.
I have a photo of the head tube and from the frame advert it was stated as
"13.5cm head tube
for 45 x 45 headset 1/18th"
I have included a photo (not the best looking at it now). Was wondering what forks and headset type/sizes could I get for the frame.
Sorry for noobiness:
