I PM'd you back.
But for everyone else's info, its not Reynolds 531 or anything, but is good quality steam probably 1980s equivalent of 4130 or perhaps a little lighter.
Wheels are Rigida road bike wheels with a single speed conversion, Brakes are Shimano, Cranks are Allez, Chain is SRAM, Tyres from Kenda and Zaffiro, Not much more to say about it really!
If your mate wants to come and have a look, that's probably the easiest way to do it.
Thanks
Adam

Hi Rogan,
I could probably post it, so long as you are happy to cover the cost.
PM me your postcode and I'll get some quotes?
Thanks
Adam

3rd dibs for this if still available? I'm in london if that makes a difference regarding delivery.
Also, do you know anything about the frame? What does it or the whole bike weigh? -

Hi All, thanks for your interest. Sold it to a guy from the Norwich Threads.
Hi Guys,
Moving out of Norwich to a place with a smaller Garage and so a couple of bikes have had to go!
For sale is my Claud Butler:
Paint Stripped and Laquered Finish.
Original Cranks converted to single speed, Cut down Bars, New Brakes and Levers, Originally a 27" Frame but I've fitted 700 Road Bike wheels with long drop brakes.
The drop outs are 120mm but the road wheels are standard 130 with a single speed spacer kit added on. Good quality, nice fast and true.
Its a 54 C to C with a 56 Top Tube.

Want a pretty quick sale but I reckon its easily worth about £100.
Ideally buyer will be able to collect from Norwich or King's Lynn area, but could discuss delivery for the right price.
Cheers
Sailor
