I'm too short, sadly.
I need one between these two extremes:

No way, surely you could've fitted a different stem and some different bars, like those bontrager ones spotter and superjoe have, or an inline post?

Its Klein Geometry- very strange indeed.

If my clavicle wasn't in 3 pieces I would've had this off you and made me fit....

With the 100mm stem it does fit, in that I can ride it in comfort, but it just feels too large. I understand if this makes no sense.

I understand that. My GT felt similar more often than not.

I like the feeling.

this is by far and away the worst, yet best classified advert on lfgss.
no detailed specs, no hint of condition, just the title, most basic measurement, price and a not so great photo.
yet its got 12 replies in 13 views in 40mins and will prob be sold by 1am

@ roymund- he's 188cm (or so the weight loss chart tells me).
-
• #18
Actually slightly shorter- after spending the majority of my life believing I was 6'2" (188cm) I checked yesterday, and I am 6'1.5" (186cm).
I think this frame is ideally suited to those around the 6'3" mark to be honest.
Roymund- how tall are you?

Any 56cm Kleins?

• #20
Sadly not, I'm after one with a 575mm top tube c-c.

I'll take some better photographs with the girlfriends (decent) camera later.
Overall the paintwork is in beautiful condition apart from the left hand fork leg which has a scratch on it.
Other than that it's pretty much flawless.
The original owner (who I purchased it from) has his name on the top tube, he bought this bike to time trial on around 2000/2001, but then by his own admission never really rode it.
Sadly one of the only times he rode it, he came off- hence the scratch on the fork.
It's built up currently (as per pic that Malaysian posted) so test riders are welcome.
If this were an ideal world no money would change hands- I'd swap this for a 575mm top tube version of the same frame.

Allan Clark sounds like he had a crappy decade

He had kids, which put paid to his cycling in large part apparently.

The kleine Klein is mine!
It turns out a 54cm Klein = 55.5cm toptube, 55cm seat tube so it's possibly also a bit big.
595mm square c-c.
