You have two for sale threads, each currently selling a DA 7400 seatpost. One you say is 23mm (unusual) diameter and the other, here, you say is 22mm (just as odd a size). Both threads link to the same set of images so I assume there is only one for sale.

Please can you clarify the actual diameter of this seatpost.

make sure you measure the lower part of the seatpost

yh i wasn't sure if it was the 7400, i measured the bottom of the seatpost and i thought the size was odd. Maybe i measured the wrong part

I'm pretty sure they only went down to 25mm but I stand to be corrected. I guess it could have been turned down on a lathe

I have a Peugeot carbolite 103 and I used this seatpost

Sigh. This is an SP-7400-B post so the diameter should be clearly marked on the front.

Here's one I sold recently, as you can see 27.2 is clearly engraved on the front.

The engraving runs quite deep, so if you can't read it, I'd be walking away, personally.

then its not an sp 7400.

I already established the diameter so there is no need for any more comments about the diameter
