re-chroming on the forks,head tube lugs and stays,matched original colour's from the options available then, new decals.

The bigger tubes would give you the canvas that the smaller steel tubes do not.

Speak to Chris Grange - he bought up all the Integrated headset inserts when Viscount went bust - sadly he's losing his sight so it takes him a while to find anything in his barn, but he's a lovely guy with an unbelievable stash of vintage kit - literally a barn full of it, and if you have good use for his bits and bobs he'll sell them on for next to nothing.
