I think they're wanting to hear from cyclists who'll be using the track and how they'd feel to have hodlum skaters about the place. I think the cycling club membership is one of the 'how serious a cyclist is this person'. Of course by serious I mean, into racing.

I didn't get that impression at all, and bmxing is srs business now / up and coming etc
I think their minds are made up about the middle of the track usage - seems track funding is low and it needs to be multi use post big event...

Well not quite. There's a survey up about having a removable skate park in the middle of the new Velodrome in Glasgow. If anyone that feels the need to fill it in could mention it would also be a great place for a polo court we'd sure appreciate it! If enough people mention it they might take some notice.
