Freecycle: Puch 52m 'track' frame (beater)

I acquired this Puch but it turns out it's not really what I need.

It's about 52.5cm square, ctc. 120mm rear dropout, british threaded BB. I think the seatpost is a strange size - I don't have the means to measure it accurately. Frame comes with the forks, headset, and seatpost as pictured. The headset has recently been refitted and regreased so is in pretty good order, although it'll need adjusting as I've only fitted it loosely.

Paintwork is tatty, and it's not light, but it's perfect beater material and also has mudguard eyelets.
