My sister and her boyfriend have bought a place and we're looking to find someone to move into her room. The flat is lovely so I really don't want to move!

Flat is a 2 bed, split level flat on the 4th and 5th floors (that's the top). Huge open plan living/dining/kitchen with a superb view both north (of westminster) and south (of s London...). Your room would be south facing with its own balcony, perfect for the approaching summer. It's a big ass room with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.

"We" is me and my girlfriend, both in our late 20s and working for universities. We're pretty chilled out, as long as you don't leave the kitchen in a total mess all the time. There are also 3 bikes in the flat plus two in the car park (which is fairly secure). The flat comes with a space we don't use.

Rent is £823pcm. Bills + CT average £60-80 per person (depending on if there are 3 or 4 in total). Deposit is £1140.

The room will be available about 19th may, but there may be some scope for negotiation about that.
