Ooooh some beautiful machinery up for grabs!
hmm now I would have thought for you a 55/56cm cntr BB to cntr seat lug to would be right as we're about the same height and build, and there's been many mistakes made on frame sizes :-(
- just to be on the safe side I'd ask for measurements from the centre of the bottom bracket to the centre of the top tube lug (the old way of measuring) and centre bb to the top of the seat lug. Top tube length on a steel frame is going to match the seat tube length in most cases.
Getting too big a frame means not much seat post sticking out, which looks naff, and its not as agile a feel as smaller/neater size- and Juan must right on the bike ;-)
Good luck ! (I have my nice Knoops retro but drooling over what look to be better bikes is allowed surely ?? )

Im after some steel, 80s 90s, decent tubing bike.
Compoments ideally 105 or old 600, or simliar level in Campag or Suntour, or any other italian , or chinese, but known
either dual pivot braker or decent quality single ones, maybe no weinmann
maker is not important, but the lugs work nice to be okish, so no some oscure maker no-one knows -

OK, apparently not a decent tubing 1980s/90s 105 or 600 equipped Concorde or Gazelle ;-)
I´m looking for a road bike, complete thing please
