Duro fixie pops

i've had these on for a while and i like them so far. however i can't find anything on the net about longevity. has anyone got long term experience of these?

I got some of those stelvio's, bear in mind only the 650c version is £10.

Seeing as you have the fixie pops perhaps you could tell us about their durability?

only done 500 miles on this bike and 400ish on the other bike. no signs of wear yet. i did a very short skid on one set and it left a flat spot so they seem quite soft. puncture wise they're as good as a skinny version of m+'s. i did a ride thru and around manchester on the bridleways and bike paths (50 miles), there was loads of glass and no punctures or slices. no problems in the wet either.

early days tho and they only cost me a fiver each in the sales (folding bead as well, bonus). they're a bastard to get on and off tho.

You cannot complain about a £5 tyre. Anything that stays on the rim is good enough, puncture protection a plus.

Judging buy you skid they wont last well at all for their intended market of brightly coloured brakless fixies. A cheap tyre like a standard rubino can last a year with regular skid/skip stopping. A skid doesnt leave any marks at all.

I have been running these for nearly a year now and absolutely love them. I ride 20miles a day down the canal towpath and have not had a puncture or even started wearing them down. Love the colours and for the price I would recommend them to anyone. I find them grippy in the wet and work well even when skidding on the occasions when cars have pulled out on me.

Anyone know who else stocks these tyres? Can't find them on On One site.
