Wanted: XXS Road/Track Frame/Full Bike, 44-47cm

Good morning Ladies, Gents.

I am attempting to find a frame/whole bike this size for my dove since a very long time. She is 155cm high with 68cm inseam.

So I reckon something between 44-47cm should work.

Preferably a road frame with horizontal drops, but hey..
Do not think that I can be too picky, all things considered.

Budget.. That is going to be hard.
Up to 250-300 pounds for a whole bike.
100-150 for just the frame.

Considering the size - I suppose that it would need to run 650 wheels, and 700 are out of the question --- correct?

Are you after a road frame or track frame? If a track frame get in touch when you can PM.
