Just moved to Dalston and new to the world of bike building, need a bike for commute, roughly how much would it cost me to get it road worthy, are italian thread parts hard to get/expensive?

Frame is straight and the threads are very clean.
Paint work has a few scrapes but is otherwise good.... some pitting / chrome wear as you would expect but polishes up nicely. frame tubes are clean / rust free.
Nice 80's fade paint job.... columbus tubing... Was intending to build up as my commuter. Easy to space out to take singlespeed as only 126 oln.
Got another couple of projects on the go and lack of space requires me to get rational.
Pick up De Beauvoir / Dalston ideally but will consider posting.
Asking what it cost me £135...
