The finish on that frame is so good, looking forward to seeing it when it's built up.
I have a Stronglight chainring on the same cranks, most people seemed to find it aesthetically lacking.

Have you got the Stronglight 'ring already?
I've got a 130bcb solid black thing that'd look right in 48t.
-
• #21
I vote for ogn forks for extra bashability.
-
• #22
Surely that's much better than a Stronglight.
-
• #23
Nice frame BTW.
-
• #24
OG forks.
And fit the ec70's with a CK race so you can swap them. -
• #25
looking forward to seeing this built big time
So thanks to Toby.d I am now the proud new owner of this Goldsprint frame. It is going to become my new everyday fixed bike with an air of hhsb around it.
I may put these easton ec70 forks on but I may not. I really like the original forks.
I did a trade with Malaysian and got these brand new Sram s300 cranks in return. I an changing the chainring for possibly a stronglight one.
For wheels I have opted for heavy and bombproof rear velocity b43 on a grande compe hub with black spokes and silver nipples. Same for the front but a hplus son sl42 rim on that.
I also have a Hed 3 that I will put on the bike for showing off purposes.
A standard black chris king headset which is a given
Unbranded carbon seatpost that I will be swapping eventually for a black thompson elite seatpost coupled with the awesome 135g slr
For levers I have gone for Sram s500 on deda drops with a deda quattro stem
Now I have all the parts its time to build.
Cue the music
