Wanted: 58cm steel frame

Next week is someone's 50th birthday (no one you know). At the weekend he came by and his down tube was snapped. He was still riding it and I want to get him a new frame.. before he ends up in hospital.
My friend isn't fussy, his bike is his only mode of transport. I'm looking for anything cheap in the right size with horizontal drop outs so we can fit his old components.

if you have anything sub 100 (fat chance i know!) i'm interested.
