Did try them on a steel steerer and they seem ok- it's carbon they dont wanna get on with. Even greased up.

Alternatively if you are close to walton on thames I could get them precision machined.

I think ti expands/contracts a fair bit with temperature. Was it very cold when you were trying to fit the spacers? Try warming them up/fitting them in a warmer place maybe?

Have you tried measuring them ?
Digital calipers? then we can see how close they are.
If it is a few thou then a light sand will work. (on the steerer)
Heat might work, GENTLY
As the title says, I've just got some ti spacers (4) that took an eternity to arrive but the fit is tiiiiight on one of my forks and impossible on the other. Can you think of anywhere that may be able to machine them a little more? Or just send them back (something I'd rather not do)?
