I've just got back to my desk from a talk about the Amsterdam 300, so am currently in a road bike hype...it's a dangerous buzz!

yeah they are for 700c wheels.
-
• #22
Loin - but you just bought that nice cannondale?
-
• #23
Yeah, but it's no good, only spaced for 7-speed.
It's a bummer and I'm going to try and keep hold of it as I really like it, but this could fit the bill in terms of bike for Amsterdam 300 (and the training for). -
• #24
Balls. Well the bike is at LMNH at the moment, so you can pop by whenever to have a test ride. Rounce said he will probably come have a look, but I don't know more than that.
I'll be there from 3 today if you want. -
• #25
Right, rounce has first dibs until the weekend.
I built this bike up recently but want to put the money towards a new carbon bike.
It's an aluminium Pinarello Surprise with new Campagnolo 10 speed Xenon/Veloce, I think from around 2004. 58 c-t-c seat tube, 57 c-t-c top tube.
Only the F+F and saddle are old, all the other parts are new. It has a Pinarello branded headset and seatpost, Campagnolo Xenon levers and rear mech, campag daytona front mech, veloce cranks, Ritchey stem, Tektro brakes, Cinelli Nerve bars, Selle Italia Flite saddle, pretty much brand new Fulcrum 7 wheels with new Continental ultra tyres and tubes. Brand new cables and chain.
It's all in perfect working order, I can include the pedals or I have some flat pedals that can be included.
SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD
Also for sale is this pair of Reynolds carbon forks with Alu steerer.
They were fitted and looked shit on my bike so I took them off. Steerer is 240mm long, has a star nut installed. Ridden all of 1 mile.
Paid £70 for them, so £50 picked up from N1 or LMNH
