Max power sells them for £18, + £3 shipping to uk. His also protects the calliper, deffo needed imo, i just fucked up my bb7 because of crashes.

You'd be lucky to get anything custom machined for much less than £35 TBH.... Especially if you dont have any drawings or a CAD file to work from.

Slightly OT, but does anyone have an old 180mm disc rotor? I'm going to cut it in half so don't want a blinging one.
Or random question, is there anyone out there that can machine 5mm Alu? I'm basically after a bash guard for my rotor on my polo bike and the options are limited. Someone in the states makes a front one for $60 posted, but I need it for the rear, and don't want to pay that much.
