I was given some of the new powerbar charger powder yesterday. tried it today and I have to say its pretty good. I'm aware the effects of creatine can take time to become noticeable in performance. but so far so good. Certainly not worth 50 quid, speed is alot cheaper

I drink Monster, possibly because I get it free, seems to work.

Haha, speed maybe cheap but dries you out quite fast, not real handy when it comes to working out ;)

My housemate buys caffeine powder and makes his own - it's very cheap. You have to be careful with it though; measure it wrong and you'll end up in hospital, or dead. I was thinking of adding some to my flapjacks to make super-cycling-flapjacks.

Yeah it's incredibly cheap - 100 grams for £3.50 from myprotein.com. One dose is 200mg (.2 grams).

According to erowid, lethal doses range between 3-20 grams - 3 grams is less than a teaspoon. Don't confuse it with other powders! I'd be tempted to put some hazard tape over the packet.
