Can't get the buggers to squeeze into my mks sylvan track pedals any advice appreciated!

Use some lubricant (SERIOUS) wahing up liquid will do the job...

The get a set of pliers and pull it's hard to get them through sometimes...

Make sure the holes in your pedals are smooth! Sometimes there are little jagged edges you'll have to sand down or you'll never get them through. Pliers are definitely needed.
