  • I'm selling my lovable old workhorse, my Surly Creamroller.
It's has a fair amount of cosmetic damage, but I have checked the frame and it's strait (as the more eagle eyed of you may note, I didn't think it was strait, hence checking it. Turns out my my coaster wheel set oddly in it, the frame is fine). I faced the headset and the BB when I bought it, the threads are still in perfect nick. Comes with standard forks.

Photo of Headtube badge damage (new ones are about £15, btw)

    Photo of scratches on downtube:

    Complete frame

    PRICE DROP!
    £125 ONO

I am TERRIBLE at shipping things, so you can get them from one of many London locations over the course of the week. I would prefer it to be a w1 pick-up, however, and will reflect this by making you coffee.

  • That Mudguard is truly amazing.........

  • I know, I've loved it for a few years, it's time for a new home for it.

  • Can the mudguard still be fitted if a brake is also fitted? Hard to tell from photo!

  • yes, you would have to remove the bolt that is in it now, but it should be ok. I would be happy to fit it for anyone that is worried*.

  • Whereabouts and whenabouts in W1?

  • I'm on New Cavendish St on Monday from noon, then back again on thursday, friday and saturday.

I'm also Finsbury park in the evenings, shoreditch on tuesdays and kensington palace on thursdays.

  • just to be clear it's a "stubby" not a full mudguard

  • hmmm, tempted by the mudguard - is this my old one?

  • Blimey you get around. OK "dibs" as in commitment to buy, collect Monday p.m. NCst. Will PM for rest.

  • Dibs noted, send a PM when you get a mo.

Ti, I don't think so, I'm pretty sure TS said he got this from Ezra direct.

  • you're right! mine had 2 stripes :)

  • Oh! Do I win a prize?

  • sure why not...

  • cheers, dude.

  • these dudes do some sweet gear. Thanks for posting.

Yup, I went all the way to Harlem to pick it up... Beautiful thing...

  • I had to go to harlem to pick it up after the new bracket was fitted. I did it with mikey and one of the most terrible hangovers to date. I feel a bit green just remembering it.

Sunday price drop on the frame. If you've always fancied having a steam roller make an offer.

  • 2nd dibs mudguard

  • I had a question on the steam roller forks, they are the steamroller forks that came with it. If you want a photo I'm happy to do this, I simply forgot while taking photos of the frame.

I'm also happy to fit a headset that I'm taking off a my new cross-check for £20.

  • Monday morning price drop

  • Bargain price, Nhatt! Dream Strollers still always draws my attention, even though not my size.
Nice to hear you have a new Cross Check. Surly seem to retain this sort of brand loyalty.

  • Well, the cross check is a happy accident, a wonderful gift from the boyfriend after I decided to sell the creamroller.
I just can't stop being Surly.
