Bullseye Single speed hubs built on Mavic CXP33's (rims are perfect just a 10 mile ride home). The hubs were built for me by Roger Durham in the mid 90's. Comes with a Shimano free wheel and a spare dura ace 16t track cog. 130pounds

Sorry Harold, just checked it's not 22mm but 25.4mm standard size, have you tried VintageBikeCave for a 22mm or these guys may be able to help http://www.cicli-berlinetta.de/ ,also I think Tange make a nice lugged one but it might not be available in europe
