Read the post carefully - You'll find a not so subtle clue ;)

If no one takes this off here put it up on retrobike and it would be snapped up just the components alone would be valued at some dollar.

^ or stick some drop bars and bar end levers on it and you'd have a rather nice cross bike

The biopace Shimano crankset is worth a few quid and it will polish off nicely.
Very nice freebie! -

Offer withdrawn.
I'll revert to plan b and do something else with it.
This was given to me dismantled with a few bits missing. I was pondering re-building it but have decided I can't be arsed.
It has what I think they describe as semi-horizontal dropouts so should be possible to convert. Frame size is 23 inches. It shows the usual scapes and a bit of cable rub but no dings or dents that I can see. At the minimum you will need to supply:-
Seat-post
Seat-pin
Sadle
Rear u-brake ( depending what you do with it - it has a Shimano br-mt61 caliper that is missing a few bits.)
Bottom bracket.
A google search should bring up some details. SOme of what looks like rust in the pictures is actually sawdust from storage.
Final point - it will need collecting from Reading. I will not go to the trouble of boxing and posting.
If demand is great (as if) I might be persuaded in my choice by offers of beer :)
