it's in manchester so pick up from there though i might deliver within a 100 miles or so for a few quid.

it's 56 on top center to center and 59 crank to top - c. 53 to center

i had the frame on ebay a bit back but i sold my USSR frame so i pulled the listing and used this one.

i'm selling as i don't get on the track enough to have so much money tied up in it (wedding on the way later in the year means full scale melt down of all my assets ), plus sooner or later i'll have it nicked or smash it up somehow. i'd rather sell it while it's good. if it doesn't go soon it'll be back on ebay as the complete bike.

i've picked up a dog of fuji track i'll use instead,

until i know what they are i don't know, they drop right from the center.
was hoping the characteristic stars would help to name. was bought as cinelli but can't vouch for that for sure.

any info on the head tube/seat tube angle?

would not know how to measure that -from experience they are likely 73 on seat - and 73 or 74 on headtube
