As said, no prob Dave.. Glad we now got in touch.. :) Check your PM's, also considering postage.. (Hope you didn't)/Don't do it via the postoffice/Parcelfarce, it'll be like 75% more expensive.. Let's get this to the private area on here aye (no homo)..

Had something like it recently and it is not fun......i suggest you name him and put his name in bad traders......plus contact the UK/Dutch police as with an allegation of theft and i know it is a pain....but you can start proceedings in the UK Small Claims Court...no lawyers and cheap and if you have to come to the UK.....you would get your travelling costs as well......i will send you a pic of my frame soon.....Sorry to here of your plight.

UK Small Claims Court- it's easy to use, works very simply, is effective- I won a case recently
Costs- £25 to register, £25 for the Court appearance
Winning means you get your £25 + £25 back, plus your money for the goods you are owed
Timescale roughly 3 months
( The Court appearance was 1 hour 30 mins for the £25 for the Judge's time- wonderful value! )

Pretty sure Rodolfo is abroad, so small claims might not be an option?

a LFGSS lynch mob?

Haha.. Cheers for the interest guys.. But this looks to be going resolved.. He emailed me two nights ago, someone had forwarded him this thread again.. Anyway, he asked my bank details and offered them wheels, if I got someone on here to pick 'm up, for free.. I've been contemplating that, hence me not responding yet.. But I'll best just get my money back and leave it I think..

Just responded, fingers crossed I'll just get my money back without having to chase him again..

But he is in the EU....plus an opportunity for him to come to London...see the sites, us....and get his money back.....plus i am sure people in the UK will help and support him.....[LFGSS lynch mob etc]

No need for a lynch mob, Dave is a good guy and im sure he'll sort it.

As Churchill said [untypically]..'jaw jaw is better than war war'.......hurrah for negotiations......but then again 'speak softly....but carry a big stick'.....Teddy Roosevelt.

Mrlemon is probably right.. He never meant to genuinely fuck me over.. But he just kept me in the dark, that was his problem.. And agreeing to post when he just wouldn't have the time.. Anyways, the ball's now up to him.. I'll report back when again he doesn't respond, but I think he also wants this resolved.. Just go grab your stuff at his house next purchase time..

I agree....he may have had major problems etc....but unless he tells you....you are none the wiser and £100 out of pocket.....communication is a wonderful things and can on occasions can stop wars etc etc....'nation shall speak unto nation' etc......I admire your patience and hope it will be rewarded shortly.

This is, after a lot of effort and harassment/encouragement, resolved.. Thanks again Keith aka El_Diablo for going to the lengths to pick this up for me and posting it. Real life karma and forum rep your way.. I now have mustered my Ofmega gruppo and it will soon find the life of day.. Hopefully, inbetween arranging a temporary ex-patria and ex-patriating end of July..
Hi,
bit hesitant to do this, but he seems to have genuinely forgotten about our deal and is never online.. (I believe) some of you know him (polo crew?) like, in real life.. Could you give him a headsup to check his PM's?
Cheers,
Ruud
