Pictures to follow, but for the time being, I am looking for a pinch bolt (or alternative suggestions) to replace one that has threaded on my friend's rear 1980s miche brake caliper. The bolt seems to be the other way round to normal -
it is a fat bolt (I am guessing M8, but I will measure and photograph)
it has a flat head, and in the threaded section, quite near the other end, it has a hole for the cable to go through, the hole is at the opposite end to any other similar bolt I have seen (and the bolt is bigger) -

NOT like this one.
Does anyone a) understand from my poor description what I want b) know where I could find such a thing?
Thank you
