I don't think so, I'm 183cm and naturally it was tiny, but going by specialized sizing for an allez, you should be on a 54cm. (167-175cm), If you want it, I have a rear clip-on mudguard SKS you can have as well for free (parts clear out..)

I thought someone would ask that; it's not, it's the detailing, the picture isn't very good, it's actually a cutout: I'll post up a better picture tonight so you can see it exactly! The shoes and XTRs are gone as are the nittos.

Forward-facing slot on the seat-tube helps minimise ingress of muck thrown up by the back tyre.
