  • Love it or hate it?

  • neverheardofit

  • Quite like it. Makes me get competitive up Pentonville Road. Suspect it's rather inaccurate as I've clocked over 50kph on 48/18. But, yeah, s'alright.

Thought there might be more people in the LFGSS club.

  • I started to use it a few days ago, mainly to replace Nike+ for running and I've to say it's quite enjoyable for recording rides too. I like the whole segments things.

There must be many more users from LFGSS on Strava though.

  • sounds amazing

  • is this a new coffee shop?

Yeah. I've definitely seen Hippy on a couple of the leaderboards.

  • damn useful web app, beats the hell out of the garmin connect offering.

  • buffs fingernails

Yeah, I've been there, heady days, name in lights. You wouldn't understand man, you had to be there man.

oh, you can spend 10 minutes outdoors then the rest of the day breaking everyones p.c s uploading the really important details

  • I use a stationery trainer you luddite. No outdoors needed. Nature was a 2011 thing.

  • oh, of course you do,
the virtual cycle climbs programs at the gym are so much better than actually doing them IRL

  • That way the Go-Gel drip can be propped up next to me.

Plus it's not safe riding out there >>>>>

  • New to it, love it so far!

  • Like it. Good way of keeping miles logged and the segment thing adds a bit of competitive element - even to the commute.
Didn't know about the club part though - thanks for that.

  • Isn't this the same as MapMyRun/Ride?

  • People who don't make their commutes private can >>>
I'm all for logging component wear and total mileage, but people inflicting the same route, twice a day, on everyone in their feed is angering me.

/just bitter because all my KOMs from last year have been toppled.

Although the Old Kent Road is still mine. In your face, Mat Hammond.

  • Do you have to do anything with the app on your phone before you set off? Does your phone need to 'see' the sky, or can it be in a bag? Do you need GPS on whilst using app? Should I just check the app FAQ's on the website?

when you can get that bike commute done without nearly hurling your guts out either end you can get into "apps"

  • Love it. Tracked a tube journey for fun last week. Wasn't as fun as I was hoping and didn't get any new achievements either.
