Lugged Steel frame. Not sure what it is (Think its a Raleigh/Reynolds)

54cm seat tube, 57cm top tube c to c.

English thread bottom bracket. Horizontal drop outs.

Have taken Some of the paint off around the right hand drop out. Friend was going to weld some track ends in but it never happened.

Hey, Its 54cm (C-C) from center of top tube to center of bottom bracket. Its 56 (C-T). It takes a 700c Wheel. http://imgur.com/6MU1b Cheers
