For Sale: Dolan fixed full bike or possible split

hi all,
the bike was built about a month ago' and it's been on the road only for a couple of miles on a test ride.
here are full details of the bike:
frame: 54cm ctc (58 ctt) seat tube and 59cm ctc top tube, in great nick, a few tiny scratches and a couple of tiny stone chips but no dents or dings
fork; iTM 4EVER full carbon winter fork in excellent conditions
headset: alpina integrated as smooth as new
bottom bracket: miche pista 107mm as smooth as new
wheels: new rigida dp18 32h laced to new formula hubs (rear small flange fixed/free and front large flange)
seatpost: no name carbon/alloy 27.2 thanks to pisstoffki
saddle: selle italia trimatic
crankset: very lightly used sugino messenger
pedals: new MKS track with new george sorrel alu toe clip and leather straps
stem & bars: new cinelli vai 80mm, used cinelli crits
brakeset: as good as new simano 105 front brake with new dirt harry brake lever
as well as new close clearance mudguards, new sram 1/8 chain, new schwalbe tyres, new inner tubes, brake cable and pads.

would take £350 picked up from north london

if there is enough interest on the single parts i would consider splitting but i'd much rather sell the all bike.

£120 for frame, fork, headset and bottom bracket
£110 for the complete wheelset including tyres, tubes and fixed cog
£45 for the crankset
£25 for the brake caliper, lever, cable and pads
£25 for stem and bars
£5 for the saddle
£20 for the seat post
£30 for pedals, toe clips and straps

prices are for the parts picked up from north london, postage will be possible at cost but i will not post frame and wheels

as usual dibs and PM but first with cash will get the goods as i'll be leaving saturday early morning
