I have a Ken Rogers tandem that I no longer ride. The tandem was built in 1976 by Ken Rogers of Hounslow. I am the second owner, purchasing it from the original owner in 1983. I used it for club riding, racing and for holidays in the UK and abroad. As this tandem was often raced, I have a set of larger TA rings.

The frame is 22.5 front and 21.0 rear. The frame was resprayed in 2006, powder coated then vinyl lettering applied. The frame is 531, though no sticker. The rear dropouts are a 120mm! The equipment is servicable.

Gears 105 rear mech (New 2006) Front- Shimano
Freewheel Suntour Ultra 6. 13-26
Wheels: Hanbuillt (Dave Russell) Campagnolo Small Flange on Mavic MA40 36/400 - 700c
Tyres Marathon 700 x 28
Peadals MKS rear (New 2006) and some basic shimano on front
Brakes: Shimano Cantilever (Was originally Mafac) Shimano 105 Levers
Handlebars are good quality- bought in 1983
Fitted with mudguards and a Karrimor rear rack.
The reason for parting after 29 years is that my wife now finds it too short at the rear as she approaches middle age!
