I've got an ultegra front mech, very good condition, £10
not in london until the 28th though
There's a photo of it in moonshinewilly's recent thread. I didnt use it because the clamp size was too small for me but should be fine on yours

I've got some superb condition 8 speed 105 STIs I've been considering letting go as I'm getting rid the last of my 7/8 speed stuff for 9/10.
You can use a double FD from the Shimano 8 speed era to shift a compact chainset pretty easily. I used a DA-7403 with a 50/36 & 12-26 rear with ease and plenty capacity to spare. You could even run a half step granny triple on a fair few of the old double FD mechs(FD-6207 springs to mind) so something like a 48/38/32 with a 12-25 (29 total capacity) which is well within the capabilities of a short cage rear D to keep it nice & tight. As you wont be cross chaining anyways, you could get away with a 28T rear sprocket I would think with a short cage and half step triple.

I've a front and rear mech from a vicount ax 18 deore ( 80's tourer)I'll measurement the seat tube. It's a clamp on front mech. I've no seat post to refer to,but if the tubesize is right it'll be right for 3x6 maybe 3x7 set up. It came with 28,36,44 on front and a 6 speed 32/13 block on rear. MTB gearing but before MTBs'
