I know the colour but not what it's actually called or if there's a paint code for it.

have you tried "belgian blue pantone" in google
it yielded this link for me

The Réglement Grand-Ducal of July 27, 1993 defined the ensign's colors as:
- Red: Pantone 032 c
- White:
- Blue: Pantone 299 c
- Yellow: Pantone 116c
that was difficult

That was the key. I searched everything relevent and mostly got pictures of Tom Boonen or massive cows but no clue as to the colour.
You creative types with your fancy ways and proper answers....

my google fail, but it appears to be the right shade of blue

I just found 301c Pantone, but maybe that is a bit dark? Probably looks lighter in sun light.

Looks like a duck egg with a splash of wermacht
Can't find it on any finishers sites and when I ask they don't know what I'm going on about.
Know anyone that can do it. Just need to revamp the Cxer for next year.
