What a rotten bastard. I've had no end of shit from Range Rover drivers - arrogant cunts, one and all. When oh when will they allow us to incorporate anti-tank guns into our top tubes...
Hope the young lady has nothing broken, and that CCTV catches the fucker.

Indeed - theres lots of Chelsea tractors around that way and their driving is often sub standard. On a more positive note the witness was able to comfort and calm the cyclist down whilst waiting for the ambulance - big ups to her.

Did the driver stop at all?

Shock horror : Range Rover = Substandard Driving.
They are however all excellent sailors.

Dammit - briefly I think they did, but then they changed their mind. I didn't witness the collision, just called the ambulance, so going on what the witness and cyclist told me.

Whatever they were doing was probably more important than waiting for the police, seeing if the girl was ok, phoning an ambulance, and taking some responsibility for what they had done, leaving is perfectly understandable.

Drivers of Range Rovers who stop get away with manslaughter, as in the case of experienced club cyclist Michael Evans:

The fact that this driver fled the scene might result in a penalty even though the cyclist is still alive.

Let's hope they are found. If the witness got a good look at them, they might be identified.

Not all Range Rover drivers are dangerous
A young chinease woman riding a yellow Brompton was involved in a collision with a silver ranger rover at the junction between Prince Albert Road / charlbert st. at around 8.15 this morning. The driver left the scene without leaving their details. An ambulance was called as the woman was finding it difficult to walk, had cuts and bruises one of which on her face looked very painful, and was in shock. Another young woman witnessed the collision, but the plate of the driver was not noted down. If anyone saw anything please post here. Cheers.
