None of your two bolt girly spd nonsense.
So the "I've got a carrot up my arse" gait acheived when walking in the pub with road cleats - this is a sign of masculinity?

It's not my fault if your underdeveloped ankles are too weak to deal with pedals that have a proper release tension.

Women are so weak and feeble, you're right...

Perhaps horses for courses is a more suitable approach to take [on high horse mode]....i like both and use both quite comfortably....road bike=Look Delta and Fixed=SPD....perhaps a male in touch with his feminine side!....However to make sure i don't fall over whilst wearing the Look cleats off bike i use cleat covers....with the covers on walking is ok....SPD-SL are also ok for walking allowing for a funny gait.

For Sidi you will have to go one size larger than usual
A pair of Sidi Logo road shoes, in black, size 45. These are THREE BOLT, for fancy road cleats. None of your two bolt girly spd nonsense.
I bought these to replace my commuter sidis when they wore out, but it's been three months and I still haven't even put cleats on them. I bought them from sumo, and by the looks of it he put very few miles on them, even by his 'Look Mum is far away' standards; both heel and toe pads are in good nick and whatever they're made from is still shiny as.
I'm after £50 for them, and am happy to deliver them within a reasonable distance N, E or S of Central London. West scares me, but could probably go there if I had to. Pickup also welcome, from central; N, S or SE beers or deepest darkest Nunhead.
If they don't go before the 23rd I can deliver them in and around Bournemouth/Poole etc until the New Year kicks in and I return to civilisation.
