Sounds like my cup of tea, Photography, Graphics and Bike Nerd. Wish I was in the right state of mind to move right now. £270 is rather reasonable.

Small single room available in a 4 bedroom house just off High rd in Wood Green. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bed with underneath storage, folding desk, shelves, and also a small bookshelf if you'd like it.
You'll be sharing with myself (photography student, climber and bike nerd) and 3 girls (graphic design student, anthropologist and actress / portuguese, spanish and polish), aged 20-26. Outside of the room theres space for a bike or two, shared tools and a garden/patio (good cleaning space).
We'd like someone nice, sociable, clean and tidy, who wants to make this house a homely place and share activities with us.
Rent is £270 p/m, + bills (gas/electric/water/net, £40ish a month through winter) + 1 month deposit
