Wanted: Bike Nicked. Need New One! 53-54inch frame...

Hello all.

So for the last 3-4 years I've been happily cruising/commuting on a bike I bought from a user on this forum. Cheers @Eardley! It worked a dream! Until, on Friday after work I had to carry a boom home with me so I couldn't ride with a £3000 mic in my hand .... As a result, I left my my bike parked in Old Street over night. And predictably when I returned this morning to grab it, it was gone. Raging.

Anyway, if anyone is looking to sell a 53-54 cm(!) framed bike (I'm 5'11 proper average), either single-speed or road bike, let me know as I want to be back up and mobile as soon as possible.

If you really mean a 53-54 INCH frame, i think it might be a bit on the big side. If you mean a 53-54 CM frame, I would have thought that it would be a bit on the small side. I'm 6 ft and generally ride a 22.5 - 23 inch frame (57-58 cm).

This. I'm 5'7" and am around a 53cm. Each to their own though. Damn sorry to hear about your bike.

Ok, cheers for those responses. I'd be riding a 54 for the last 3 years and it fit nicely, which is why I mentioned but i will look into trying out some larger frames to see if they're more suitable for my height.

I'm 6'1 and I ride a 58cm with the seatpost coming out aprox 4-8" (sorry about the drastic difference I'm not in the country at the moment and therefor dont have my bike :( ) I think you should deffo try something bigger
