will any of your levers fit a 31.8 oversiza bar? cheers

Could be wrong, but isn't it only the clamp diameter portion that is 31.8mm on oversize bars? Drops are same diameter aren't they ? Think flats and risers are same, otherwise grips and bar end plugs would be bar dia. specific.
So I would think yes, they all will.

True, except flat bars use a different diameter so those flat bar levers wouldn't fit on drop bars.
