Posted on
  • Any one have a spare one in their box of bits and would be willing to post it to me, please.

  • you can use the nut that mounts a v-brake arm to the forks - they are identical.

  • except that one is a nut and one is a bolt.

  • If anyone has 2 spare ones, and can give me one after posting the first to fatoldbloke, that would be great.

  • I may have a second one! Already pm fatoldbloke! So pmd me with your address!

  • Its the colnago frame. it uses recessed nuts on front and rear break units.

  • thanks to yeahnerdz for finding one out for me! props!

  • +1, top guy

  • No worries! Goig to post office now!

  • repped!

  • for future refference planet x has them cheapest at around 1-2pound each, think they are long for carbon forks. good for using a rear brake in the front forks, you could cut them shorter too.
ive seen them for 4-5 most other places, ribble prob has them cheap too

  • My nuts were free!
