you can use the nut that mounts a v-brake arm to the forks - they are identical.

Its the colnago frame. it uses recessed nuts on front and rear break units.

for future refference planet x has them cheapest at around 1-2pound each, think they are long for carbon forks. good for using a rear brake in the front forks, you could cut them shorter too.
ive seen them for 4-5 most other places, ribble prob has them cheap too -
