It was indeed, and it got cleaned up again last night, Defo shaved at least a minute off my ride to work this morning. Brilliant bike by the way. Love it.

What's the spacing at the back?

Wheels. You say 10 miles only, assume these weren't the wheels the bike shipped with originally? Are they modern? Do you know if the rear could take a modern drivetrain?
