I'm looking for a vintage 3 speed derailleur for an early 50s Phillips racer: anybody?

I probably have what you are after. I have a Cyclo 3 speed gear for 1/8th chain which uses a double cable and fixes to a chainstay mounting (I have derailleur and lever with cable). I also have a cyclo, or possibly huret, standard gear hanger mounting derailleur with helical spring which is designed for 3 or 4 speed with 1/8th chain.

I can post pics and prices after the w/e if they sound suitable. I'm racing tomorrow and they are in my workshop so bear with me. Do you have a suitable freewheel? These are getting really hard to get hold of. I may have a close ratio 3 speed freewheel but I think it is designed for 3/32nd chain and may be French threaded. I will have a closer look if you are desperate.

Hi Geoffrey - thanks, it would be great if you could post or forward pics and let me know about prices when you're able. Basically, I'm trying to replace the rear hanger for an early 50s Phillips Vox Populi (3 speed). The broken derailleur was a "le Simplex", but I'm told something like a Cyclo would suit. I'll try to sort out a photo of the damaged mech to make things clearer.
