Asymmetrical Crank with Symmetrical BB

I was thinking about buying the Campy Pista Crank wich requires a 111mm asymmetrical BB. The Pista BB solved this problem but it's unsealed and I don't think is the best choice.

There are 2 other campy BB's that have a 111mm but they are symmetrical, is my chainline going to be off? Is it a bad choice?

How much is it offset by? if its only 1-2mm i wouldnt worry about it...

You could use 1mm pedal washers to get a symmetrical q factor, use extra on 1 side to offset the imbalance
