  • 600? you might recoup more of your outlay better if you split for parts. whole GB bike won't make 600 on here IMO, even if it is very nice [which it is]

  • I have no idea how to split everything, so would rather just take a reasonable offer. It is beautiful and sometimes I think I prefer looking to riding it!!

  • wall hooks ftw!

  • SWMBO will not allow it in the house, so it resides at my parents sigh

  • Double pulley system so it can 'lie' flat on the ceiling; people never look up!

    Lovely bike btw.

  • So what year is the frame?

  • Too nice, good luck with sale

  • Hi I think it was around 83-84, built by Cliff Shrub. It has A Cinelli Aero Bottom Bracket shell and Columbus drop outs.

  • SWMBO will not allow it in the house, so it resides at my parents sigh

You have my sympathy on that one....Do you have a secure shed to keep it in?

  • Got 2 other mtbs so this gets no use. And lovely as it is cash is king.

    Anyone - reasonable offers?

  • jesus, it is lovely

  • It is lovely, I honestly don't know what it is worth though.

  • Any sensible offers?

  • bump

  • still here.

Not splitting though, as its too much hassle and I have no idea how to be honest

  • maybe £450? this isn't an offer btw , lovely bike though. good luck!

  • New Year bump, anyone offer anything around the £425 mark?

  • You prepared to split?

  • to be honest I am crap at building and splitting bikes as a friend made it for me.

So basically I would rather take a hit on the price and let the whole thing go then mess around with bits.

Make a sensible offer and I can only say no

  • Where was the picture taken?

  • Up near Liverpool, where it was built for me
