Hey
Just wondering if anyone had any feedback/advice coming out of this ride?
Am thinking of doing a sort of roundabout London to Windsor and back again route on Saturday using the above course for one of the legs.
Any info much appreciated.
Cheers

Hey
Just wondering if anyone had any feedback/advice coming out of this ride?
EdI do Shepperton to Windsor & back about once a week But I tend to take Ruxbury Rd & Lyne Crossing Rd to Trumps Green Road then right and left back on to Sandhills Lane to go through Virginia Water.
At the A 30 I right and immediate left into Virginia Water park and around the lake. Much nicer route if you don't mind the peds for a while. I then go through Windsor Great Park and exit on to the A332 into Windsor. Up past the barracks and left to the brow of the High St then down into the Old station for a coffee.
Won't be doing it this weekend as going to the bike show. Otherwise me and a neighbor set off from Shepperton around 09:30. If that's not too early could show you that part of the route.

Thanks very much for the offer but I think 9.30 for Shepperton might be a little too early for us bearing in mind that we'll be setting off from Kennington/Loughborough Junction.

That was a fantastic ride. 70 miles in total, just about the right length for a weekend jaunt.
Coming down out of The Great Park onto The Long Walk with the castle glistening ahead in the winter sunshine was glorious.
West London suburbs at dusk, less so.
But, yeah, can't recommend The Great Park highly enough - fantastic place to ride.
45km ride to Windsor, starting from Roehampton, on Nov 12
