So we now have a date! Nov 26-27.

John, we will provide one court, a heated area with couches, mattresses, music, tea and coffee and have some cheap beer on hand for after hours. We can also provide a projector for standings and timing etc.

I suppose that leaves you to announce, sort out the format, scoring and reffing.

Sound ok? anything missing?

We think £10 entry is fair. Proceeds go towards improving and maintaining the warehouse.

Yep, I'll take care of the rest, cheers guys.

I'll create a thread on the polo forum with all the details.

I assume we'll just ask people to bring two t-shirts, black/dark & white/light, unless someone has a contact for cheap t-shirts.

Otherwise I'll try and find something, or worst case we use the projector for that.

That one is £12 from IKEA, so worst case I'll just pick that up, but yeah otherwise projector.
