Wanted: iMac 27 or 21"

I'm in need of a new computer for my design work.
I use an imac at work and now need one at home.

I thought I'd ask here first as I know they sometimes come up for sale.
Or any other suggestions of where I could pick up a discounted or good 2nd hand one would be much appreciated.

I'd prefer something relatively new with some decent power and memory.

Try the apple refurb shop as they are good as new really and you get the same apple care, warranty and all that stuff as if you bought brand new which is great if you are using it for work. Worthwhile unless you do find a really amazing one second hand somewhere for dead cheap.

That deal on the apple care alone is worth it as compared to buying second hand as it is almost £300 full price and it is an amazing service then add on the student discount and i would definitely consider spending the wee bit more.

Apple care is second to none. Can't fault it at all.

if it's for work and you can get 12% off + cheap apple care you're on to a very good deal. If you're financially dependant on your computer apple care might save you from loads of headache and lost income
