For Sale: Raleigh Team Banana Frame & Forks

Raleigh Team Banana Frame and Forks.
The Frame measures 61 cm from top of seat tube to top of the bottom bracket shell.
The top tube measures 58cm ctc
It comes with a Shimano STX headset
and a Seatpost
but no Seatpost Bolt
or Bottom Bracket
Frame is in Good Condition for it's age
there are a few marks on the Forks where aditional stickers were removed.
Sticker at bottom of Seat Tube says
18-23 Controlled Carbon Cycle Tubing

It was last built as a Singlespeed, and the Downtube shifter bosses are still attached.

The bike fitted me well and i'm 5foot 11
Took the other parts for my next build.
NOW SOLD!!!!!
I'm in Purfleet Essex but could deliver to Fenchurch St Station for cost of Train Ticket.

I can assure any potenetial buyer that this frame is super fast, it used to be mine and it's at a bargain at this price !

£30 you can't really go long.

100k was asked by some nut job on ebay, who had a full bike from new in the 80s and kept on going about how it was the only surviving team banana and it was rare and he wouldn't part with anything less etc etc. Had been ridden almost to death all the components very worn, was probably worth a few hundred at best. But for a little while it was the butt of all forum jokes.

OP suggest you post what tubing its made from, it will be on a sticker some place on the frame ;)
