Trying to figuere out how you could land on your saddle

Going through canal style cycle barriers at 0.005mph. Wheel slips into exactly 25c gap between paving slabs. Sudden and dramatic sidewards fall. Feet still in straps so land very heavily on bum. Knackered saddle, large wallet shaped bruise on bum, damaged pride then damaged wallet contents by needing to buy a new one!!

Are the rails still good on the regal then?
Didn't get pushed in with the seat itself?

Rails are A-OK. Attached to a thomson so no movement there. Just the rear section of the saddle which is bent.
